The officers and firefighters of Claverack’s volunteer fire company, A.B. Shaw, are grateful for the continued moral and financial support of the residents of the District. The Claverack Fire Department is made up of 30 volunteer firefighters who respond 24 hours a day to emergency calls involving fire, rescue, medical emergencies and vehicle accidents.
